ERP Implementation Consultant
Guide clients from first meeting to go-live on JSoft ERP and LHDN e-invoicing.
What you will do
- Understand client processes and configure JSoft ERP modules to fit them.
- Migrate master data and opening balances, and test with key users.
- Train client teams and support them through go-live.
- Feed client needs back to our product team.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Business, IT or a related field.
- 2+ years implementing ERP or accounting software.
- Good understanding of sales, inventory, accounting and payroll processes.
- Confident presenter and trainer in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of LHDN e-invoicing requirements
- Experience with AutoCount, SQL Account or similar
- Project management skills
