About the role
IT Support Engineer
Keep our clients' computers, servers, cloud email and networks running smoothly and securely.
What you will do
- Provide helpdesk support by phone, remote session and on-site visits.
- Set up and maintain PCs, servers, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and backups.
- Monitor systems and security, and fix issues before they affect users.
- Document client IT inventories and support procedures.
What we are looking for
- Diploma or degree in IT, Networking or a related field.
- 1+ year of IT support experience.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking and firewalls.
- Own transport and willing to travel to client sites in the Klang Valley.
Nice to have
- Microsoft, AWS or CompTIA certifications
- Experience with cloud migrations
- POS and biometric device setup
